Place all ingredients in one pan (except cheese) and mix.
Let cook on top of stove at moderate temperature, stirring for about 5 minutes.
Grease casserole dish and place 3 unfolded tortillas in bottom of 9 x 12 inch dish.
Pour half of the meat mixture over tortillas: sprinkle a layer of grated cheese.
Repeat for a second time.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
