Chicken Enchilada Casserole
Chicken Enchilada Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 cooked chicken breasts, skinned, boned and cut in bite size pieces, 1 pkg. (12) corn tortillas, 1 can green chiles, diced, 1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cut tortillas into quarters and layer on bottom of greased casserole dish. Arrange a layer of chicken, olives, onions and cheese.
Repeat a layer.
Mix soups and pour over top.
