Chicken Enchilada Casserole
Chicken Enchilada Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. chopped onions, 2 c. chicken, cooked and diced, 2 doz. corn tortillas, 1 can green chilies and 1/2 lb. longhorn cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut up tortillas.
Put 1/2 chicken on bottom of pan in layers. Add 1/3 of chicken, cheese and chilies.
Make 2 more layers. Pour diluted soup over this.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
