Made with 8 (or more) fajita size flour tortillas, broken into pieces, 1 whole chicken, cooked, deboned and shredded, 12 oz. sour cream, 2 cans green enchilada sauce and 8 oz. (or more) jack cheese, shredded, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, then pour into 1 large or 2 small casserole dishes.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350° to 375° for about 30 minutes.
