Chicken Enchiladas

Cook chicken and debone.
Saute onions; add to softened cream cheese sour cream. Add pepper.
Mix all together. Put tablespoons mixture on flour tortilla; roll up.
Place in baking ounces sour cream and 4 ounces chicken broth together.
Pour over enchiladas.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and a few chili peppers.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serve with nacho chips and salsa.
