Chicken Enchiladas Casserole
Chicken Enchiladas Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium onion, chopped, 2 to 3 tsp. butter, 1 can each: condensed cream of chicken soup and cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. chicken broth and 1 small can green chilies, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Slightly brown onions in butter.
Combine with soups and broth. Add pieces of chicken.
Mix well.
Grease a large baking dish.
In baking dish, place layer of tortillas, then layer of chicken mixture, then layer of grated cheese.
Repeat layers until casserole is filled with cheese on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
