Chicken Pot Pie
Chicken Pot Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken, boned and cut up, 1 1/2 c. chicken broth (from cooked chicken), 1 can cream of celery soup, 1/2 stick melted margarine and 1 (no. 2) can peas and carrots, slightly drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Put 2 cups water over chicken and boil until done.
When cool, cut chicken into small chunks.
Mix together in a 9 x 12-inch casserole, the chicken chunks, 1 1/2 cups chicken broth, celery soup, melted margarine and peas and carrots.
(I just cut up some carrots and onions and cook until almost done; then add some frozen peas and use this.)
Mix Bisquick and milk together; pour over the top.
Bake 1 hour at 350° or until brown.
(In a glass dish, bake at 325°.)
