Chicken Rice Casserole
Chicken Rice Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. uncooked long-grain rice, 4 (5 oz.) skinned, boned chicken breast halves, chopped, 1 c. water, 1/2 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted and 1 (1.25 oz.) dry onion soup mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Coat 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Place rice in bottom of dish and top with chicken.
Combine water, mushroom soup and onion soup mix, stirring to blend.
Pour over chicken.
Cover casserole and bake at 325Β° for 1 1/2 hours or until chicken and rice are done.
