Chicken Stir-Fry
Chicken Stir-Fry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned and cut into 1-inch cubes, 1 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 tbsp. cooking sherry, 1 tbsp. soy sauce and 2 tbsp. peanut oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Sprinkle chicken with cornstarch; toss to coat well.
Add sherry and soy sauce; marinate 15 minutes at room temperature. Heat oil in uncovered wok to medium-high (375Β°).
Add chicken; stir-fry for 4 minutes.
Add mushrooms and green peppers; stir-fry 1 minute.
Add remaining ingredients; toss to mix.
Serve immediately over fluffy white rice.
