Chicken Stir-Fry
Chicken Stir-Fry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. diced chicken, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth, 1 tbsp. peanut oil, 1/2 c. diced onion and 2 c. sliced mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In wok, saute onions, mushrooms, pea pods and broccoli in peanut oil.
After 5 minutes, add chicken and water chestnuts. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
Mix soy sauce, chicken broth, ginger and cornstarch until the cornstarch is dissolved.
Bring vegetables to the sides of wok; pour in chicken broth mixture and let boil until thickened.
Stir vegetables into sauce.
Makes 3 to 4 servings.
