Chicken Stir-Fry
Chicken Stir-Fry is an easy dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. chicken breast, cut in thin strips, 3/4 c. reduced calorie italian dressing, 16 oz. california style vegetables and/or other combination, 8 oz. angel hair pasta, cooked and grated parmesan cheese (if desired), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In large skillet, combine chicken and about 1/3 of the dressing; saute until chicken starts to brown and add vegetables and remaining dressing.
Cover; simmer 7 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender-crisp, not mushy.
Serve over pasta and sprinkle with cheese.
