Chicken-Wild Rice Casserole
Chicken-Wild Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 lb.) fryer, 2/3 c. uncooked wild rice, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 medium green pepper, chopped and 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Steam chicken until cooked.
Bone chicken and chop meat; set aside.
Cook rice (instructions on box).
Spoon cooked rice into lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish.
Combine chicken and remaining ingredients except cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese.
Return to oven and bake until cheese melts.
