Chinese Fried Rice
Chinese Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. margarine or butter, 3 eggs, slightly beaten, 3 c. cold, cooked rice, 1 1/2 c. diced, cooked pork, chicken, ham or shrimp and 1 can bean sprouts, drained (or fresh bean sprouts), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt butter or margarine in large skillet.
Add eggs and cook until firm but not hard, stirring with fork.
Add rice and cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add remaining ingredients and cook about 10 minutes more.
If dry, add small amount more butter. Serves 4 to 6.
