Chinese Pepper Steaks
Chinese Pepper Steaks is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. chuck-eye steak, 1 onion, cut in strips, 2 c. water, 1/2 tsp. black pepper and 1 green pepper, cut in strips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cut steaks into thin strips.
Brown steaks and onion in hot oil.
Black pepper.
Drain oil.
Add water and bouillon. Cover and reduce heat.
Simmer about 1 hour.
Add green pepper and simmer 5 minutes.
Blend cornstarch with a little water.
Add to broth and stir until slightly thickened. Add soy sauce.
Serve hot over rice or egg noodles.
