Chinese Stir-Fry
Chinese Stir-Fry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. cooked brown rice, 1 thin slice ginger root, slightly mashed, 1 clove garlic, minced, 4 tbsp. tamari and 1 c. broccoli, cut into bite size pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Saute ginger and garlic in oil for 3 minutes. Remove the ginger.
Add 1/4 cup water, tamari and all the vegetables.
Stir over medium heat for about 5 to 7 minutes. Add rice.
Stir over medium heat until all ingredients are combined and heated through. Add tamari to taste.
