Chocolate, Chocolate Brownies

Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with Pam or Baker's Joy; set aside.
In a food processor, or in a mixing bowl using a fork, blend oat bran, cocoa and baking soda. Transfer to a bowl.
In a small bowl combine milk, bananas and vanilla.
Whip egg whites until almost stiff.
Slowly, about 1/4 cupful at a time, add the sugar to the whites and continue to beat until they are thick.
