Cocktail Cream Puffs
Cocktail Cream Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. margarine, 1 c. water, 1 c. flour, 4 eggs and dash of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Boil margarine and water in saucepan until margarine is melted.
Add flour and salt all at once.
Beat mixture until it sticks together.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each.
Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 425° for 10 minutes, then at 350° for 1/2 hour or until golden.
Cool. Cut in half and allow center to dry out.
Fill with chicken or tuna salad.
