Cocoa-Banana Muffinettes
Cocoa-Banana Muffinettes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, 1 c. oats, uncooked, 1/2 c. brown sugar (firmly packed), 1/3 c. cocoa, unsweetened and 1 tbsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat oven to 400Β°.
Line 30 miniature cups with paper cups or spray bottoms only with no stick cooking spray.
Combine first 6 ingredients; mix well.
Add combined bananas, milk, margarine, egg whites and vanilla.
Fill prepared cups almost full.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Let muffins stand a few minutes.
Remove from pan, cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
