Cocoa Brownies
Cocoa Brownies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 egg whites, 1/2 c. canola oil (puritan), 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 1/3 c. sugar and 1/2 c. cocoa, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Heat oven to 350°.
Oil bottom of 9 x 9-inch pan; set aside. Place egg whites in large bowl, beat with spoon until slightly frothy.
Oil and vanilla; mix thoroughly.
Stir in sugar and cocoa; until well blended.
Pour into pan. Bake at 350° for 22 to 26 minutes. Avoid overbaking. Cool before cutting.
Makes 1 1/2 dozen.
