Country Style Chicken Noodle Casserole
Country Style Chicken Noodle Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. medium egg noodles, 1/2 c. butter, 1/3 c. flour, 2 c. chicken broth and 3/4 c. heavy cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook noodles as directed; drain.
In saucepan, melt 1/4 cup butter; blend in flour.
Add broth and cream, stirring until thickened.
Add cooking wine, salt and pepper.
In medium skillet, melt remaining butter.
Add mushrooms.
Cook until tender.
Add mushrooms and chicken to sauce.
Pour in a greased 2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes until cheese is golden.
