Preheat oven to 350°.
Grease and flour 2-quart mold or loaf pan (may use 2 small loaf pans to give as Christmas gifts).
Sift dry ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients and beat until well blended.
Pour into prepared pan(s).
Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours for larger pan or 1 hour for small loaf pans or until top is browned and springs back when lightly touched.
