Cream of Broccoli Soup
Cream Of Broccoli Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli or 1/2 lb. fresh, 2 tbsp. butter, 3 tbsp. flour, 2 1/2 c. chicken bouillon and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook broccoli until crisp and tender.
Melt butter; stir in flour.
When blended, add chicken broth, stirring rapidly. Continue to cook, stirring, until thick and smooth.
Add broccoli and simmer for 5 minutes.
Ladle into blender and blend until smooth.
Return to saucepan and bring to a boil.
Add milk, cheese and nutmeg; stir until cheese melts.
Serves 2.
