Creamy Cheese Chicken Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed, flour tortillas, 1/2 onion, diced, 2 c. shredded colby jack cheese and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Mix soup, chicken, onion, sour cream, Ro-Tel, flour and butter in saucepan.
Heat a few minutes over medium heat until well mixed and bubbly.
Spoon 2 to 3 large spoonfuls of sauce into individual flour tortillas; add a little cheese.
Roll up and place in greased casserole dish.
Bake approximately 25 minutes or until bubbly.
