Crisp Onion-Roasted Potatoes
Crisp Onion-Roasted Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope lipton onion recipe soup mix, 1/2 c. olive or vegetable oil, 1/4 c. margarine, melted, 1 tsp. thyme leaves (optional) and 1 tsp. marjoram leaves (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 450Β°.
In shallow baking or roasting pan, thoroughly blend all ingredients, except potatoes.
Add potatoes and turn to coat thoroughly.
Bake, stirring occasionally, for 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
Garnish, if desired, with chopped parsley.
Makes about 8 servings.
