Daiquiri Fruit Salad
Daiquiri Fruit Salad is an moderately easy drink you can prepare in about 1 hour 28 minutes. Made with (20 oz. each) cans crushed pineapple, drained (reserve syrup), c. liquid reserved syrup, plus water, . (4 serving size) lime or lemon flavored gelatin, (6 oz. each) cans frozen limeade concentrate and c. mayonnaise or light salad dressing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
In large saucepan, bring liquid to boiling.
Stir in gelatin to dissolve.
Remove from heat; stir in limeade concentrate and rum.
Using wire whisk or electric mixer, blend in mayonnaise. Chill until thickened, but not set.
Fold in pineapple, whipped cream and bananas.
Spoon into 12-cup fluted tube pan.
Chill until firm.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
Recipe may be halved for 6-cup fluted tube pan.
