Donna'S Pork Barbecue is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 lb. boneless pork shoulder, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 c. chopped celery, 1 1/2 c. water and 6 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Place pork in baking dish and add all ingredients, mixed well. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 250Β° for 3 1/2 to 4 hours. Shred meat with 2 forks and return to oven (covered) and continue baking 1 to 2 more hours until really tender.
Stir occasionally. If sauce cooks down, make additional and add to meat.
Serve with rolls.
