Combine all ingredients in bowl of food processor, fitted with steel blade
Process until mixture clings together. (You can use a mixer, if desired.) Shape dough into balls about 1 inch in diameter

Press with a fork in a criss-cross pattern
If the fork sticks to the cookie dough, dip it in sugar and then press
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes
Remove from pan immediately and cool on a rack.
