Enchilada Casserole
Enchilada Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. lean ground beef, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 clove garlic, minced, 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce and 2 or 3 tbsp. chili powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown beef, onion and garlic in fry pan.
Add tomato sauce, chili powder, salt and pepper.
Heat thoroughly.
Line a greased casserole dish with tortillas (that have been softened slightly by frying in 2 tablespoons bacon grease for flavor).
Cover with meat mixture.
Combine soup with milk; pour over top.
Sprinkle grated cheese over all.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
