Enchilada Casserole Chicken
Enchilada Casserole Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 1 doz. flour or corn tortillas, 2 c. chicken, diced or shredded and cooked, 4 cans enchilada sauce (small cans), 1 1/2 onions, diced and 2 (12 oz.) pkg. shredded cheese (cheddar), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Lightly grease or use Pam on casserole dish.
Layer corn/flour tortilla, enchilada sauce, cheese, onions and chicken and sauce. Layer until dish is filled.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Garnish with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes and sour cream.
Serves 4 to 6.
