English Muffin Bread
English Muffin Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. flour, 2 pkg. dry yeast, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1/4 tsp. baking soda and 2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Heat milk and water to 120° and add yeast; set aside.
In large bowl, combine 2 1/2 cups of the flour and all other dry ingredients.
Add milk and water; mix well with fork or spoon. Add the other 2 1/2 cups flour and mix.
Spoon into two 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pans which have been greased and dusted with corn meal.
Sprinkle corn meal on top.
Raise for 45 minutes.
Bake at 400° for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Remove from pans and let cool.
Slice, toast and enjoy.
