Fast Beef Stir-Fry
Fast Beef Stir-Fry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. beef (sirloin), cut in 1/4-inch pieces, 2 medium onions, cut in medium pieces, 2 medium green peppers, cut in medium pieces, 1 stick margarine and 1 clove garlic, chopped fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
In large frying pan, melt margarine.
Add garlic, onions and peppers.
Cook until onions are beginning to become tender.
Add beef, lemon juice and pepper mixture.
Cover and cook until beef is done.
Cook 2 cups of Minute rice according to directions.
Serve vegetables and meat over rice.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
