Favorite Cocktail Meatballs is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 lb. lean ground beef, 1 clove garlic, mashed, 1 c. fine cracker crumbs, 1/4 c. milk and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine first 6 ingredients and salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
Place on baking sheets.
Bake at 300Β° for 10 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients in saucepan. Season with salt and pepper.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
Add meatballs.
Simmer for 1 hour.
Serve in chafing dish.
Yields 70 meatballs.
