Beat together eggs, sugar and milk.
Mix flour, water and salt until smooth.
Add to egg mixture and beat well.
Melt butter in 9 x 13 pan.
When melted, pour in egg mixture.
Bake at 425° for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350° and bake 20 minutes more until puffed and lightly golden brown.
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Serve warm or cold.
