French Cinnamon Muffins
French Cinnamon Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. self-rising flour, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon, 2/3 c. milk and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Preheat oven to 425Β°, grease muffin pan.
Combine flour, sugar and cinnamon in mixing bowl; set aside.
In another bowl beat egg; stir in butter and milk.
Add liquid ingredients all at once to flour mixture, stir only until flour is moistened.
Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Makes about 12 muffins.
