Fruity Oat-Bran Muffins
Fruity Oat-Bran Muffins is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. oat bran, 1 1/3 c. quick cooking oats, 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour or 2/3 c. all-purpose flour and 2/3 c. whole wheat flour, 1/4 c. sugar and 2 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine oat bran, oats, flour(s), sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a large bowl.
Set aside.
In another bowl mix remaining ingredients.
Combine with dry ingredients; do not overmix.
Coat two 12-muffin tins with nonstick cooking spray or line with muffin cups.
Fill each 2/3 full with muffin mixture. Bake at 375Β° for 20 minutes or until browned.
