Greek Rotini Salad
Greek Rotini Salad is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 c. (8 oz.) uncooked pasta, cheese tortellini or spirals, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 1/2 c. olive oil, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook pasta and drain; cool.
Combine lemon juice, olive oil, spices and garlic in container.
Mix until well blended and of a thick and creamy consistency.
Chill.
Combine cooled pasta with rest of ingredients and large bowl.

Serve immediately.
