Green Chili-Chicken-Cheese Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Fry tortillas in shortening until soft (a couple of seconds on each side) or don't fry to cut down on fat.
Mix first 5 ingredients together.
Put a little more than 1/4 of mixture on bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
Fill tortillas with cheese and roll. Place in pan.
Pour remaining mixture, covering enchiladas.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350Β°.
