Green Chili Rice
Green Chili Rice is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. uncooked rice, 1 pt. sour cream, 1 or 2 small cans chopped green chilies and 1 lb. monterey jack cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook rice and salt and pepper to taste.
Mix in sour cream.
Pour half mixture in casserole dish.
Sprinkle half cheese and green chilies on top.
Add another layer of rice mixture and repeat with cheese and chilies.
Put a few dabs of butter on top and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
