Ground Beef Fajitas

We cook this winter an open flame in a large disc blade legs, but you can cook it in a skillet on the stove.
Brown ground beef until almost done; drain off fat.
Add margarine, seasonings, onion and bell pepper. Cook, while stirring, until vegetables are tender.
Add wine and let cook until wine has evaporated.
Assemble by placing a small amount of the mixture and desired toppings on a flour tortilla, then roll up tortilla.
