Ham and Swiss on Noodles
Ham And Swiss On Noodles is an moderately easy dinner. Cook noodles; drain.
Set aside and keep warm.
Saute green onion in 2 tablespoons margarine.
Add mushrooms and peas and cook until heated.
Remove from pan and set aside.
Melt remaining margarine in pan; add flour.
Stir until smooth.
Gradually add milk.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture is thickened and bubbly.
Stir in salt and pepper.
Add cheese and stir until smooth.
