Combine flour, 1 cup sugar and butter until particles are fine and crumbly.
Pat into ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until lightly browned around edges.
Cool slightly.
Blend cream cheese, 4 tablespoons sugar, milk and eggs; fold in vanilla and pineapple.
Spread over crust.
Combine melted butter and coconut for topping; sprinkle over filling.
Bake at 350° for about 20 minutes or until coconut is toasted and filling is set.
