Herbed Chicken Stir-Fry
Herbed Chicken Stir-Fry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. cold water, 2 tbsp. flour, 2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules, 1 tsp. seasoned salt and 1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Stir-fry oil, garlic and onion; remove onion.
Stir-fry chicken, 1/2 at at time, for 3 to 4 minutes.
Remove chicken from skillet.
Stir-fry zucchini for 5 minutes.
Add bouillon mixture and tomatoes.
Cook and stir until bubbly.
Add chicken and onion. Cook 1 minute. Serve over rice or with chow mein noodles, if desired.
Makes 4 servings.
