Herbed Rice Pilaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. uncooked long-grain rice, 1 c. chopped celery, 3/4 c. chopped onion, 1/4 c. butter and 2 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In large skillet, cook the rice, celery and onion in butter; stir constantly until rice browned.
Stir in remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Remove from heat and let stand.
