Homemade Ice Cream
Homemade Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. milk, scalded, 5 eggs, beaten, 2 1/2 c. sugar, 6 cans milnot and 1/2 pt. whipping cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Boil milk and add 1 1/2 cups of sugar.
Slowly add well beaten eggs.
Let cool.
Add the Milnot and whipping cream along with remaining sugar and vanilla to taste.
Chill this mixture completely before freezing in an electric ice cream machine.
