Homemade Ice Cream
Homemade Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 cans milk, 6 eggs, 2 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 pt. half and half and 3 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In a large bowl, beat with a spoon the eggs.
Add the sugar (more or less to taste).
Beat until smooth.
Add the 3 cans of milk; stir good.
Add the 1/2 pint of half and half and vanilla. Pour all into the freezer bucket.
Then add 1/2 gallon of milk or whatever it takes to finish filling the bucket.
Makes 1 gallon.
