Hot Dog Sauce
Hot Dog Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 lb. ground beef, 1 tbsp. oregano, 1 tbsp. chili powder, 1 large can tomato sauce and 1/2 bottle ketchup (average size), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cook beef in cold water just enough to see it in the bottom. Mash with potato masher or egg beater.
Cook till dry.
Add oregano, chili powder, l large can tomato sauce, 1/2 bottle Ketchup, 1 large can tomato juice, 1 cup diced onions, or more; salt and pepper to taste, 2 pkg. sloppy Joe Mix.
Mix until all is blended.
Serve on hot dogs.
