Hot Fudge Ice Cream Topping
Hot Fudge Ice Cream Topping is an easy dinner. Made with 3 sq. unsweetened baking chocolate, 1 stick butter or margarine, 3 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Melt chocolate and butter.
Blend in sugar and salt.
Slowly stir in milk.
Cook until hot, stirring constantly, but do not bring to boil.
(I usually start to add milk alternately with the sugar after adding a couple cups of sugar.)
