Hungarian Noodles And Cabbage(Galooshka) is an easy dinner. Made with 1 small head of cabbage, shredded in food processor, egg noodles or "no yolks" egg noodles substitute, 2 medium onions, chopped, olive oil, important, extra light and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Add enough olive oil to coat the bottom of a nonstick skillet. Heat oil, add cabbage, onion, salt and pepper; saute until cabbage is browned.
Cook, rinse and drain noodles.
Return noodles to pan they were cooked in.
Add cabbage mixture and stir until completely mixed.
