Instant Strawberry Ice Cream
Instant Strawberry Ice Cream is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. whole frozen strawberries, 1/2 c. whipping cream, 2 eggs and 1/3 c. sugar (scant), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Just before serving, remove berries from freezer.
Place cream, eggs and sugar in blender.
Whirl 2 seconds with motor on high.
Drop in frozen berries, one at a time, by removing center part of blender lid.
Whirl until smooth, stopping when necessary to stir thick mixture with rubber scraper.
Spoon in dishes and serve immediately.
Serves 4.
