Italian Sausage Roll
Italian Sausage Roll is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 loaf frozen bread dough, 1/2 lb. frozen spinach, 1/4 lb. each: mozzarella and cheddar cheese, 1 egg white, beaten and 1/2 lb. italian sausage, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Thaw bread dough.
When risen, punch down and roll out flat. Thaw spinach and cook partially.
Fry sausage and drain well.
On rolled out dough, spread sausage, spinach, onions and mushrooms. Sprinkle with cheeses.
Roll up.
Let rise about 30 minutes.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes until crust is browned.
Remove from oven and brush top with beaten egg white.
Sprinkle with sesame seed.
Put back in oven for 5 minutes.
